Weight Loss Program - Combining Hypnosis and Coaching
As a weight loss client, you’ll begin your journey to improved health and confidence with a four session start-up program to build momentum—and those sessions are held a week apart* . At the fourth session, you’ll play a key role in customizing a flexible plan that works for you - and that can be adjusted along the way. After the initial program, individual visits can be held weeks and then months apart, depending on your progress and needs. And, there are discount plans available. You also have the option of using the initial program as a starting point, then continuing on your own—however, the clients who do best are those who come in periodically until their goal weight is achieved.

What to Expect at Your First Visit: Using Hypnosis for Weight Loss
Expect your first visit to be pleasant and informative—and to put you into high-gear for achieving your goals. It will allow me to better understand your needs and intentions, and will consist of:

•A discussion of your weight loss and fitness objectives.
•Obtaining information related to your health, lifestyle, eating and exercise habits.
•A review of your motivational Weight Loss Program folder, which includes important guidelines for healthy eating and a reinforcement CD.
•A conversation about hypnosis and how it works.
•A hypnosis session that is tailored to your needs; and includes key suggestions, a range of hypnotic techniques, and leaves you with an "I will do it!" attitude.
•A brief discussion of the experience.
•Basic instruction in self-hypnosis.
Follow-up visits last about 50 minutes, and include a discussion of your progress, a client-centered hypnosis session, and additional goal-setting.

* A word of caution about one-session hypnosis group programs for weight loss :
Only a small percentage of attendees experience results—and those results are often temporary. Frequently held in hotels by practitioners based in other states, these programs are lacking in reinforcement and support, individualized attention, and suggestions customized to the needs of each person. Additional product purchases are often encouraged—so what seems like a small registration fee can result in much greater expense.
